Marc Jacobs is a world-renowned fashion designer who began his fashion career at the age of 15 working as a stock boy at Charivari, an avant-garde clothing boutique in New York City. Jacobs crept his way to the top by designing and selling hand-knit sweaters. It wasn’t until 1987 that Marc Jacobs launched is first official line under his own name. In 1997, the American designer became the creative director of the French design house, Louis Vuitton which he maintained until 2013.
In 2001 Jacobs decided to delve into the creation of his own fragrances which have been staggeringly popular amongst women. Drawn in by the gorgeous bottles which make a perfect display on any dressing table, the designer collection really took off following the launch of Daisy in 2007 which has since seen the anticipated arrival for other scents including Honey and Dot.
The most recent scent to be added to the collection is Daisy Dream, a new variation of the original Daisy fragrance. The bottle is fresh and elegant incorporating daisy motives around the lid and upper body. In regards to the scent, you can expect an unusual combination of fruity and floral aromas featuring tones of blackberries, pear and grapefruit.
