Are your products Genuine?

We are a legitimate authorised retailer. Our products are supplied directly from the Fragrance Houses and Authorised Distributors. We have eight stores based in and around the London area and have been trading since 1975.
Our products are 100% genuine and are sold at competitive prices.

Is my Payment Secure?

Yes, all Beauty Base Online payments are taken through PayPal or Amazon Pay, both of which are widely used and offer buyer protection on all transactions

Can I track my Order?

You will be sent a tracking number with an automated email once goods are dispatched.

Please use this reference on Royal Mail's track and trace service.

We may on occasion use a courier to deliver your order, in which case relevant tracking reference will be emailed to you.

How can I cancel my order?

Please email us a soon as possible should you wish to cancel your order at online@beautybase.com or alternatively call 0208 963 5947.

In the event your order has already been dispatched it will be your duty to return the goods at your own risk.
